Hydroelectric Plant Museum of Saario

In addition to the permanent exhibition, the Hydroelectric Plant Museum’s ‘Watteja, voltteja ja virtaa’ (Watts, volts and power) displays items and devices related to building a power grid and producing electricity. The exhibition was put together by Juhani Ikonen, who worked for Pohjois-Karjalan Sähkö for a long time.
